THE COLLECTOR

Welcome to a more exclusive world of wine. Small-batch or boutique wineries that don’t usually open their doors to the general public. Thoughtful food pairings. And tastings of single-vineyard, hand-crafted wines. This experience is designed for those looking to create or add to their existing wine cellars, or to deepen their knowledge about a particular varietal.

With your wine-educated host, you’ll meet estate managers and winemakers to understand the growing history and technique of a varietal. And you’ll be guided through the acquisition of the perfect wines for your own collection. Plan to return home with something very special.

EXCURSION FEES:

from $595 per person

All tasting fees and chef prepared lunch are included.

All our excursions are private and individually customized to the wine preferences of our guests.

Tour includes:

  • Our full-service concierge team.

  • All tasting fees and insider access to premium wineries are not open to the general public.

  • The average tour time is 5.5 hours - pick up and drop off at your desired location (please see information on pick up and drop off’s outside the Sonoma Valley).

  • A private host with in-depth knowledge of the local wine region.

Tastings:

Tasting reservations will be secured by our concierge team in advance for you and are included within your package price. 

Lunch options:

Chef prepared farm-to-table lunches will be arranged for you, options vary based on availability. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions so we can accommodate them.

Transportation:

We have various vehicle options for your tour, all options based on availability.

PLEASE NOTE:

We’ll arrange to pick you up and drop you off from wherever you’re staying locally. A pick-up or drop-off from outside of Sonoma or Napa Valley can be arranged in advance for an additional fee:

Pickup and Drop-off in Healdsburg or Calistoga +$150,

Pickup and Drop-off in Napa, Yountville, St. Helena or +$75.

Want to extend your day? We can absolutely accommodate. Extra hours are billed at an additional rate of $85/hour for each vehicle.

PLEASE NOTE:

We require a minimum of two passengers per excursion. For groups larger than 6 passengers, please contact us for customized pricing.

We’ll make all reservations for you in advance. Tasting fees are included within your package price, along with a chef prepared picnic lunch. Please provide us with any dietary restrictions so we can accommodate you.

Gratuity is not included in your package price and is at your discretion.
